The IC3 is a partnership between the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) and the FBI. The IC3 serves as a clearinghouse and repository of cyber crime complaints from private citizens and industry. The IC3 refers complaints to law enforcement agencies for investigation and prose-cution and provides analytical support for cyber crime investigations and prosecution.
